Please take a look at these commonly asked questions below. If your looking for a question that is not below please contact us with yours and we will be happy to answer them for you. These are mainly based on the commissioned work we have to offer. (Please feel free to ask us any other questions you may have related to furniture pieces currently for sale.)


What’s the payment process for furniture to be commissioned?

A 50% deposit is required on collection of all furniture. Once work has been completed the final amount is due on the day delivered back to the client. 


How long would I have to wait for commissioned pieces?

We will email you with all progress and give you an estimated delivery date with a time slot closer to the delivery date. Please allow 2-8 weeks including collection, start and finish of the upcycling product and delivery time. This time scale will also depend on the size of the furniture, how much work to be done to any pieces of furniture and area of collection and delivery.


Do you collect commissioned furniture?

Yes, we can collect your furniture! Measurements of your furniture will be needed so we can give you an accurately calculated fee on distance and area which will be added to the final payment. We aim to collect ourselves but places we can’t get to will be arranged to be collected by our excellent courier service team. All furniture items that are collected by the courier will need to be fully wrapped and preferably boxed for safe transportation. (If you are unsure please feel free to contact us for tips on how to wrap your furniture, always here to help!) You are also very welcome to drop off your furniture piece to our workshop in Dorset, please inquire details for this. 


Do you have anywhere I can view your latest products and upcycled furniture?

Yes, we are based in Dorset. Please contact us to make an appointment for all viewings. (Strictly by appointment only)


Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns on all items that are NOT damaged after delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds on any commissioned work.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes, we certainly do offer a free consultation. Please make an appointment to come and see us at the workshop to discuss colours and style of what you would like us to transform for you. If you are unable to reach us send us a message for a free online consultation with images of your furniture piece you would like upcycled and we will take it from there! (Please see our T&C's about commissioned work.)
